Course Outline:

With the onset of advanced technologies and the busy world in which we work and live, ensuring staff feel supported, valued and appreciated is crucial for sound professional outcomes, evidenced based decision making and maintaining well-being. This training is unique from many other training courses. We explore the contexts in which supervision takes place, provide key frameworks in which all supervisory practice takes place and we explore Amovita’s integrated suite of professional supervision models to ensure quality and successful outcomes in any role.

This training has been developed to support experienced supervisors. It reaches beyond the typical training program and explores in-depth concepts around supervision encouraging the supervisor to revisit their supervisory practice after the training, their approach, style and structure. Our facilitators are some of the best in their field and will provide all the key skills, frameworks and competencies required to facilitate supervision for highly successful outcomes
