Event description
The ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems invites you to develop a quantum-themed computer-game.

About this Event

Ever wondered how you can incorporate themes from Quantum Physics into your video games?

Imagine having two race cars that can take more than one track at a time? This is the superposition principle!

We're running a 3 hour workshop free for game developers to come down to UQ and work with quantum physicists on how quantum could be used in gaming.

BYO Device: Participants will need to bring their own device.

Anyone who develops a quantum-inspired game can also enter our Quantum Games competition with $1500 up for grabs! More information can be found at http://www.equs.org/games

Food will be provided and there is free parking on campus on weekends.

Spots are limited so make sure you book quickly!

- Free parking is available (Weekends only)

- Public transport is available (Buses and Ferry terminal)
