Event description

Description

Join Jessie Ray, passionate yogi and wellness educator, to explore the everyday use of essential oils and self-inquiry practices in daily life to develop qualities of emotional intelligence.

Imagine creating your reality rather than going through the motions. Emotional intelligence is a greater predictor of our ability to be successful in life more so than intellectual intelligence. Our emotions have the ability to affect our day to day thoughts, which in turn affects our beliefs, which in turn affects our motivations and behaviour, a culmination of which equals our lives.

Essential Oils are powerful emotional healers, they bridge the gap between the physical and emotional aspects of your life and facilitate the ability to take charge of your emotional health.

What will I learn?

*The science behind how EOs affect emotional health

*Profound insights and an understanding of EO innate properties

*Distinct healing qualities of EOs

*How to recognise emotional tensions within the mind and physical body

*How to harness the powerful healing properties of EOs

*Recognise the stages of healing, and the tools required to move from stress, hurt, trauma, or perhaps even numbness, to a new sense of wholeness

What does the event look like?

*We will begin the evening with a short guided meditation to ground and arrive into the space, using EOs to amplify the experience.

*A presentation on the science of EOs, how they affect emotional health and the five stages of emotional healing.

*Exploration of the innate properties and healing qualities of EOs as you sample each EO. This will be centred around, but not limited to, the DoTerra Emotional Aromatherapy essential oils.

*Exploration of other simple tools to assist in releasing stagnant and lower vibration level emotions, using EOs to assist.

*An opportunity to sample all DoTerra CPTG essential oils, and purchase at wholesale price + reduced price kits.

*A closing body sensing meditation to recognise emotional tensions within the physical body, and how to move through these uncomfortable responses as they arise, using EOs to assist.

What is the return on investment?

*A natural solution to everyday life problems

*A signature rollerball blend for you to take home

*An understanding of how the body processes emotions so you can use that information to better your life

*Practical tools to assist you in daily life to recognise and move through uncomfortable emotions, in others and loved ones. Examples of these uncomfortable emotions may be:

*Crippling anxiety

*Loss of a loved one

*A child having study, social or sleep difficulties

*An elderly parent/ grandparent experiencing loneliness

*A significant life event affecting day to day ability to function

What do I need to bring?
