The 2016 SCIE2011 cohort is proud to announce the symposium "Epidemic of Irrationality: The Development and Spread of Modern Thought"
We can find cures for every disease; we can solve the food crisis; we can stop global warming, but one thing we cannot do is stop irrational thoughts from forming. The symposium will discuss how thoughts are developed and how the spread of thought can be modelled from the perspectives of neuroscience, mathematics and sociology.
Professor Hans De Sterck - Monash University
