Kickstart 2019 with successful entrepreneur, Catherine Cervasio

Catherine Cervasio, creator of Aromababy – the world’s first skincare brand for parent and baby that combines the use of natural and organic ingredients, creating a new category in retail.

With two decades of experience, Catherine is a business specialist in eco beauty and personal care (product development, consultancy and education), environmentally-friendly baby skincare, wellness, international trade, marketing and branding.

Catherine consults to health professionals and consumers in Dubai, Hong Kong, Korea and China, where she champions the use of recyclable packaging to reduce environmental waste with her brand. As the face of Aromababy and the industry, Catherine is regularly quoted in the media, and her business success story is used as a teaching tool to educate tertiary students. She has presented segments about organic skincare, baby massage, cooking with kids and midwifery care for a range of televisions programs.

Catherine is a regular contributor to various trade and consumer publications in the pharmacy sector and presents at forums for Australia China Business Council, Asialink, Alibaba, Melbourne University, ANZ, Austrade, and Women in Global Business, on topics covering women in business, export and entrepreneurship.

Catherine is a 2018 Telstra Business Women’s Awards nominee, recipient of 2018 CIBE Outstanding Person Award and 2017 winner of the National HKABA Export Award. She won both CIBE China (Most Popular Natural Brand) and TBPA China (Best Brand Experience) in 2017.
