Suitable for both nursing and allied health student supervisors, this session builds on foundational clinical supervision skills, offering practical strategies to navigate common challenges and enhance the quality of the supervision experience. The session extends supervisors’ capacity to support student wellbeing during placement, manage underperforming students, and foster effective communication between student and supervisor.
