This inaugural symposium is an opportunity to engage in the sharing of ideas from renowned speakers and leaders on a range of topics that challenge a new way forward in best practice dementia care in a hospital setting.

Gain a better understanding of the significance of creating opportunities for patients living with dementia, their support networks and staff.

This event is a celebration of all staff working in Western Australian hospitals championing the cause for cognitive impairment. We particularly welcome Dementia Change Champions who have completed training endorsed by Alzheimer’s WA and have been involved in continuous improvement modelling positive change and promoting best practice dementia care.
