ENHANCE Running’s Introductory Workshop is a 90 minute investment in your running future. It’s fun, easy and no prior fitness required. During the 90 minute session, your ENHANCE Running technician will take some video footage of your running for feedback and walk you through 7 simple steps to running more efficiently and safely. Building over the course of the session to give you the tools to run easier with less stress on your body. Classes are limited to 10 people maximum to make sure you get individualised attention to your technique.
ENHANCE Running Technique Workshops are designed to help identify and correct errors in your running technique that can put extra stress on areas such as your knees, back and shins. Every step with poor technique takes you closer to your next injury.
Most runners ‘leak’ energy when they run. A combination of work postures, unhelpful footwear, misconceptions about running and previous injuries can see us using a lot more energy for each step whilst we run than we should. Your local ENHANCE Running technician can help you to identify and fix those energy leaks, making running easier and more fun.
