An interactive and inspiring professional development and networking session. This session is aimed at helping employment support providers from all backgrounds improve their outcomes when engaging employers into their programmes. Jo Marshall has many years experience in direct leadership of large teams and now heads up The Difference Collective. She will share useful insights into Employer thought processes and how to use your time with a prospective employer to get the best outcome for the short, medium and long term.
