Event description

Description

Engaging with stakeholders is a crucial part of any role. Every task that you tackle as a professional is directly related to the interests and roles of others—be it clients, managers, collaborators, competition or affected parties. Engaging effectively with stakeholders provides you with a structure to identify stakeholders, understand their interests and effects on you as a professional or on your organisation, address their requirements and engage strategically to improve your outcomes and produce better, more relevant and more effective work.

As a facilitator, John Preston, brings his years of experience working under two Prime Ministers in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabienet. In these positions he coordinated public official visits and overseas visits and engaged with media, public and government agencies.
