Event Details

This new training has been specifically designed for staff in the following roles -

Initial assessment and planning, brief intervention, enhanced housing pathways and
staff providing Interim Response 2. It will examine how to make the most out of
every contact with the consumer, how to elicit the information you need to
design effective crisis management plans. It covers frameworks, tools and
practices that support working in a fast paced, emotionally charged environment
with people in housing crisis.
