About this Event
Time is a finite resource, indeed there is no more than 24 hours in one day, but your Energy (and not just your Physical Energy), if well managed, can be unlimited. What about looking after your level of Energy throughout the day to achieve your goals and avoid finishing the day or the week feeling drained?
In this workshop we will explore why Energy Management is so important and the impact it can have on your productivity and your ability to interact with others. We will explore the different types of energy we use on a daily basis: Physical, Social, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.
At the end of the workshop you will walk away with
- Your own Energy Management Plan: designed by you and ready to be implemented
- Tips and techniques to manage your energy throughout the day
- A better understanding of what is Energy Management and how to have it work for you
- Support, if you need it going forward
And you'll also be supporting Mental Wellbeing as a portion of the profit will be donated to 'Helpingminds' .
Meet your facilitators
Olivia Dumaille
Olivia has a passion for helping people to use their talents to unleash their potential. A trained, ICF Certified Coach and Facilitator, Olivia is also the Founder of Within Coaching. An organisation that delivers tailor made programs to boost teams’ wellbeing and productivity, in small and medium sized businesses.
She has extensive experience in people development, having worked as a HR professional for more than a decade in corporations, both in France and Australia. She also provides one on one coaching.
Steve Barry
Steve just loves to empower people to realise their goals and achieve their dreams. He believes self-development is an ongoing process. Over the last two decades, he has participated in a variety of self-development programs in addition to delivering numerous presentations, running facilitated discussion groups, coaching and mentoring.
His particular area of interest, is collaborating with experienced, like minded people, to design and present interactive programs and workshops that deliver immediate, tangible results for the participants.

Your favourite notepad if you want to take notes. A worksheet will be provided.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There are many street parking options around. Location is accessible from Fremantle train station, catch the Free Blue Cat hop off at stop number 8 or 9, or take a 30min walk.
