ENERGY FLOW CIRCLE for Men’s Mental Health.

Through many years of learning, discipline, practice, intuition & guidance. Experience with coaching, martial arts, movement, flow of life, yoga, philosophy, energy work & self healing. I have been wanting to create an all inclusive style approach to Mens overall well being and mental health for quite sometime.

So I am excited to share the first “ENERGY FLOW CIRCLE" for all men willing to put physical & mental work in to better their overall health, also tapping deep into their spiritual side.

It will be a strong circle full of men who are seeking to grow and better themselves physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually. Using tools & specific exercises that are practical, rather than just focusing on the theoretical side of men’s mental health. It’s not going to be a lecture although there will be some teachings passed on.

These tools have helped me overcome dark days, drug addiction & breaking through unhealthy repetitious behaviours that sabotaged my over all well-being & health. Allowing happiness back into my life, fulfilment, joy & bringing in abundance. Which all contribute to our Mental Health.

This event is for Men suffering with anxiety, stress, fear, anger, depression & self-worth.

During this session we will be doing exercises to :

- Open up internal energy channels.

- Allowing movement & flexibility in the body.

- Relieve stress, tension & anxiety.

- Harnessing our inner fire.

- Creating energy & flow.

- Feeling supported & connected.

- Manifesting abundance.

The circle is going to be limited to 18 Men only.

- Please bring a towel & water bottle.

Note:

There will be exercises that will require physical body movements so if you are seriously physically injured or impaired I would not recommend. If possible avoid coffee or caffeine on the day.
