These sessions will be designed especially for business owners & remote workers to improve:

Session 1. FEEL GREAT SHOULDERS & NECK - 9th June 2022
Shoulder and neck pain are muscular skeletal problems that predominantly presents as the most common problem in this office style working environment.
If the ‘screen time’ and or ‘text neck ‘(the blight of our addiction to our devices) and posture is left unattended the consequences are unbelievably painful and financially costly.
Worst case scenario, If left to become a structural problem without intervention the special conditions that can develop will greatly impact our ability to perform, focus and function at work.
There is a vast variety of painful conditions that can develop if preventive measures are not implemented such as …. shoulder bursitis, frozen shoulder, forward posture, arthritis of the cervical spine, chronic pain, migraines, vision problems, limb function to name just a few.
Session 2. - ENERGISE AND CALM YOUR WORKING DAY - 16th June 2022
We live in a world that is full of depression, anxiety, burnout out and now more than ever after more than 2 plus years of Covid we as a human race MUST address this epidemic of the mind that is eating its way through our lives and businesses.
Poor mental health causes disease it is UNQUESTIONABLE and we must find way to cope in this ever-changing world we live in.
Learning simple mindful tools to calm the nervous system is one proven way to help us restore calm and peace in our everyday working life.
Energising ourselves in the workplace is also key to performance and making it through the day with passion, productivity and enthusiasm for the work that we do.
Session 3. HEALTHY OFFICE BACKS - 23rd June 2022
The spine is the most unbelievable structure of our anatomy and there are so many debilitating health problems that are caused if our spine is unhealthy.
The workplace is hard on the spine! (understatement)
We MUST build core strength to protect the spine from degenerative impacts, sitting for too long is the death of the intervertebral disc as the discs need quality movement to keep healthy, NOT our sedentary lifestyles and workplaces that we spend 8 plus hours a day in.
Prevention is NECESSARY, we must protect the spine if we are to live and work into our mature years and enjoy what we do to our full potential.
WHAT: Easy 20 minutes sessions PLUS time for Q and A
WHEN: Thursdays 9th, 16th & 23rd June
TIME: 12 noon EAST
This is a 1 hour online live event with 30 mins of networking included.
