About this Event
One of the most important things for our happiness is our friendships with others. Friends help us deal with stress, keep us strong, and help us make better lifestyle choices. We share, have fun and develop growth with friends. We would love you to take time out of busy schedules, responsibilities and commitments to make new like-minded friends and meet up with friends you already know.
For our final circle of the year, join us for an intimate evening of chanting, chatting and chai where we will explore some of the highs and lows that 2020 presented.
Here's what to expect:
We'll kick off with a beautiful, mellow guided meditation journey incorporating the power of breath work to balance and bring about peace along with some sacred chanting/kirtan to relax and unwind.
Then we will meet and greet where we get to know each other.

Enjoy delicious chai and sweets
Optional: At 5.00pm we will be heading across the road to Mr Hongs for dinner (extensive vegan menu available).
Cost of meal not included in ticket price.
Return to the Mantra Room at 6.30pm for kirtan program.
I hope you can join us for this friendly, casual, chilled, afternoon and evening of meditation, sharing and spiritual nourishment and where we can absorb the wonders of meditation, socialise and meet new friends who are heading in the same direction as us.
