Event description
Empowering middle level leaders creates considerable opportunity for implementing learning innovation in order to improve student outcomes.

About this event

Distributed leadership is an essential element of successful schools and middle level leaders are the key to the success of this style of leadership. Structuring leadership to engage a wide group enables a more diverse variety of perspectives and skill sets, therefore providing a stronger team. Empowering middle level leaders creates considerable opportunity for implementing learning innovation in order to improve student outcomes. This workshop explores the research and rationale behind these ideas, and provides opportunities to engage with the ideas in the context of your own school.
