Empowering Leaders To Take Action

 Against Bullying & Inappropriate Behaviour

"When leaders know better they can better manage inappropriate behaviour"

Did you know in Victoria you can be jailed up to 10 years for bullying, with changes in the criminal acts being considered in other states.

An average stress claim costs an organisation $250,000* no organisation or business can afford this type of expense.

A recent Gallup study shows that most people leave an organisation over things that a manager or leader can influence.

This workshop is designed to provide you with skills to help prevent inappropriate workplace behaviour before it becomes an issue. We blend understanding governing legislation and leadership training.

You will learn about legal liability, personal responsibility and how to take leadership action against bullying, discrimination, harassment and any other unsuitable workplace behaviour.

Our workshops are filled with experiential activities and our approach uniquely addresses four distinct perpectives - the organisation, senior team, managers and all employees.

To help make this knowledge “stick” we come at it from several different angles:
  • Learn the tool or technique from a leadership perspective,
  • Reframe it to a preventative, corrective or legislative perspective,
  • Practice it with an experiential activity,
  • Group debrief of the activity,
  • Open discussion on when and how to use in the “real world”
  • Twelve live webinars.

Our vision is to:

~ Help organisations preserve their culture and prevent claims from being lodged,

~ Teach leaders how to detect and respectfully address policy infringement,

~ Globally correct and improve workplace behaviour before it becomes an issue,

~ Empower individuals to take appropriate action against inappropriate behaviour.

We invite you to join us at one of our “Empowering Leaders To Take Action” workshops - running nationally.

Upon completion of this workshop you:

  • Receive four essential ready to implement workplace policies,
  • Knowledge and skills to effectively implement workplace policy,
  • New leadership tools and techniques, many based on neuroscience,
  • Valid and reliable behaviour profile,
  • Heightened awareness,
  • Improved understanding of perception and stress,
  • Greater consciousness of verbal and non-verbal communication.

This 2-day workshop empowers you to manage bullying and inappropriate workplace behaviour regardless of your role.

All Prevent * Detect * Correct workshops are suitable for leaders and those who want to make a difference in the workplace.   Our content is invaluable, cutting edge and practical for large corporations and small businesses alike.
