No matter your take on automation and AI’s impact on the workforce, it’s hard to deny that future work will require future skills. As robots take over manual tasks and free up human workers’ time and resources to pursue more value-adding tasks, what remains to be done by humans will be extremely different from what it is today.

Those performing tasks which automation can’t yet crack become more pivotal – and this means creativity, innovation, imagination and design skills will be prioritized by employers. The world of work is evolving quickly and the sooner you figure out how to prepare yourself for future job roles, the more prepared you will be to make yourself valuable and indispensable to employers.

We've assembled panel of industry leaders to give you the low-down on future-proofing your career. Our panelists will cover which jobs are currently facing automation, which skills will be most important in the future, and how best to prepare yourself for change and remain employable for 2030 and beyond.
