Then I have some good news for you; I am holding one last emotional balancing workshop for the year! Just in time for Christmas and the holidays when you’ve got the rush and stress and in-laws to deal with!

This workshop is hands on! Very small groups, no more than 10 people each session. The emotional balancing workshop is designed utilising Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. Anyone can do this and it leaves you with an amazing feeling of connectedness with yourself.
Learn how to take what you thought and felt in this session home with you, be able to achieve this at home whenever you need it. You will receive a hand out with the techniques we use in the workshop to trigger your memory and replicate at home.
