This free webinar is designed especially for parents and caregivers of children 8 years old and under who experience big emotions, meltdowns, or difficulty with emotional regulation. It’s particularly helpful for families of young children with developmental differences or identified neurodivergence, such as Autism or ADHD, though all families are welcome to join.

What this session will cover:
- A brief overview of co-regulation
- Why emotional regulation is often more complex for neurodivergent children
- Helpful frameworks used by early childhood providers, such as ALERT and Zones of Regulation Programs
