2 Hour training session providing an update on Advanced Life Support (ALS) for adults. Content will include revision of the theory (ALS), skills stations and Simulation session.
No assessments will be conducted as part of this training.

Is a colbaration between the Ballarat Health Services Emergency Department FACEM group and Australian College for Emerency Medicine (ACEM)
EMET provides education, training and supervision to the large number of doctors and other health professionals working in emergency departments and emergency care services – particularly in rural, regional and remote Australia – who are not specifically trained in emergency medical care.
Our aim localy is to provide support and training to medical and nursing staff working in our catchment area. Who otherwise have limited acess to emergency medicine based training. Resulting in stronger relationshps with our rural and regional GP & reffering centres & opporunities to further develop skills.
