Emerging Leaders Program

In a constantly changing context, leaders and managers need to be adaptable and creative, and foster these attributes in their teams members as well.
This workshop is designed to equip emerging and existing Team Leaders and Managers with knowledge and resources that will assist them to lead and manage through uncertainty and change.
The workshop covers:
- Identifying types of change
- Impacts and responses of change and uncertanity
- Personal and organisational resilience
- Change Management models
- Creating a culture of innovation.
