About this event
Emergencies come at any time. In Australia we go from bush fires, pandemic, floods, storms and extreme weather conditions heat to cold.
Other emergencies can be a house fire or flood which means evacuating the home, or it could be just that you need to leave for a family emergency interstate or overseas.
Leaving home in a rush is a real possibility, a bit of planning and preparation will mean a safe evacuation, having the means to meet basic needs for a period of time.
Don't leave it to chance whether it is leaving behind the essentials like daily medication or vital equipment.
