Event description

Description

At the traffic lights in Shanghai there are hundreds of motorbikes. But it's puzzling - not because everyone is stopped at the lights (!) but there is no noise. They're all electric. No sound of engines at all. And no emissions. In all major cities in China electric bikes and scooters now dominate. The advantage of Chinese policy is scale. Now the cost of electric vehicles has dropped dramatically and there are hundreds of EV producers.

There is a business opportunity here. And a clean energy opportunity. And as pollution in Phnom Penh increases, there’s a health and environmental opportunity.

Are you interested in supporting or exploring the opportunities of electric vehicles here in Cambodia?

Come along to our first EV Meetup and join others also interested. We will share information on what’s happening in China, the latests costs and designs, the cost comparisons and together explore the barriers and opportunities here in Cambodia. E-Green Asia will have 2 of their latest pro-electric motorbikes for you to check out. Bring your EV and park it so others can see!
