Description

Do you want to learn meditation and learn how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life?

This 8 week mindfulness course teaches mindfulness skills to help you overcome stress, struggle and overwhelm and will improve the quality of your life.

This course will run for eight consecutive Wednesdays beginning on 25th October all through 13th December from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. Spaces are limited. This will likely only be offered once a year.

Over the eight weeks you will be learning to cultivate mindfulness and kindness, both in your meditation practice and ways of integrating it into your life. You'll be learning various meditation practices, as well as science backed methods to increase awareness, decrease stress and other afflictive emotions and develop more equanimity in daily life.

In the Mindfulness course you will learn:

• ways to reduce stress and become more resilient, calmer, happier and inspired

• how to apply mindfulness to all aspects of your life, giving you more choice in how you respond to life's challenges

• how to respond and not react -allowing you to live a more authentic life

• how to ease the voice of the inner critic - developing self compassion and wisdom

• communicate more mindfully leading to better relationships

• how to better handle difficult emotions like stress, sadness, anxiety, and pain as well as how to deal with negative thinking

• how to connect with life more fully bringing greater joy and meaning to your life

Take time out to go within once a week at this mindfulness course. Relax, unwind and walk away with a new sense of peace and greater sense of meaning, purpose, and well-being.

• 15th November - Your Buttons Don't Have To Be Pressed
• 22nd November - The Pleasure Of Small Things
• 29th November - The Tender Gravity Of Kindness
• 6th December - Meanwhile The World Goes On
• 13th December - Let Life Live Through You
