Effectively navigating complexity Friday 31 March 2017 9.30am-12.30pm
This facilitated conversation will focus on how do we effectively navigate complexity without succumbing to the invitations to overly simplify complex situations in our every-day work. The session will explore the potential impacts for consumers, team members and ourselves if we do not manage complexity effectively. It will focus on the skills required to consciously manage our own discomfort in very challenging problem solving situations. This conversation will be supported by some of the latest research and literature in the area of 21st century leadership attributes.
