About this event

The 2022 Enabling Inclusion and Diversity Summit (Learn, Think & Do!) will bring together people and organisations from across Australia who truly value diversity and inclusion. You will also get people’s lived experience of diversity and those who have inspired change. We are back in person at RMIT's Storey Hall, Melbourne, coupled with an online option.

Karen Milward & Guests

Karen owns and operates Karen Milward Consultancy Services with extensive consulting experience and networks across Australia. Karen is a Yorta Yorta woman who was born and raised in Melbourne. Karen is a strong advocate for developing culturally appropriate solutions to the issues confronting Indigenous people that empower individuals and communities so they can confidently and effectively move forward.

Glenn Singleton

Founder & CEO at Courageous Conversation. Glenn E. Singleton has devoted over thirty years to constructing racial equity worldwide and developing leaders to do the same. He is the author of Courageous Conversations About Race: A Field Guide for Achieving Equity in Schools (2006 & 2014), a protocol for sustained, deep dialog, and the creator Beyond Diversity™, the curriculum that has taught hundreds of thousands of people how to use it.

Maria Dimopoulos AM

Maria Dimopoulos AM has a legal background and is nationally and internationally recognised as an expert specialising in the intersections of diversity, gender equality and the law. She is the Chairperson of Safe and Equal, the peak body for Victoria’s specialist family violence services supporting victim survivors, and a member of the Coronial Council of Victoria.

Vanessa Giannos

With phenomenal passion, strong business acumen and strategic skills, Vanessa takes a pragmatic approach with executive teams and has delivered strong results building high performance cultures, strong employee engagement, increased profitability and performance, communication, service excellence, leadership capability, knowledge management and team building.

As well as being an International Master Coach, Vanessa has a strong demonstrable record in HR, Executive, Business and Professional Coaching, Training and Development.

Adam Fennessy

Adam Fennessy PSM is the Victorian Public Sector Commissioner. The Victorian Public Sector Commission plays a key role in stewardship of the Victorian public sector. It works to strengthen the efficiency, effectiveness and capability of the public sector and maintain and advocate for public sector professionalism and integrity.
