About this event
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be involved as the Transition ED Care program draws to a close. We would like to invite you to a free interactive workshop dinner so we can receive your valuable input and feedback on developing sustainable models of ED Care for the Sunshine Coast. We want to explore the essential supports required to enable effective shared care for clients with eating disorders in primary and allied health care practices.
The Transition ED Care Project Evaluator, Lesley Cook, will be facilitating this interactive workshop for service providers across the Sunshine Coast. The feedback from this evening will be incorporated into the Evaluation to the Department of Health. The workshop is for anyone working within the eating disorder sector. We want feedback from you and your colleagues so please feel free to share this invitation more broadly.
When: Tuesday the 31st of May
Time: Arrive at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start and finishing at 9.30pm.
Venue: The Lakehouse Sunshine Coast, 15 Freshwater Street, Mountain Creek
Fully catered: Coffee, tea, dinner and dessert will be provided so please let us know your dietary requirements within the registration form

Facilitator
Lesley Cook: Director of Partners in Practice, SCEDAT and Transition ED Care Project Designer and Evaluator, Author
Lesley is a social designer, researcher and policy advisor, translating knowledge from research and lived experience into practical design. Lesley also coordinated the first national framework for eating disorders, the development of resources to facilitate lived experience participation and the design of the Model Pathways that informed the MBS items for eating disorders.
