Presented by Dr Mehran Nejati, MBA Director, School of Business and Law.


Ethical leaders are at the heart of fostering an ethical organisational culture. So why is ethical leadership important, and how can it lead to organisational excellence? This seminar will provide the answer to these questions based on the results of empirical studies conducted by the speaker in the area of ethical leadership.

About the Presenter:
Dr Mehran Nejati is the MBA Director in the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University. He has over 10 years of experience in business and academia. His research interests include small businesses, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Marketing, and Innovation. He was the recipient of Emerald's Outstanding Publication Award in 2016 and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from American Society for Quality. In 2017, Dr. Nejati was one of the judges of the 2017 North West Metro Business Awards. He has been working with local businesses on collaborative projects for his Postgraduate class of New Product Development, and is planning to involve more local businesses in university projects in future.
