Vice-Chancellor Professor Steve Chapman CBE, invites you to ECU's flagship alumni event, Music Under the Stars.
Date: Saturday, 26 November 2016
Gates open: 4.30pm
Concert starts: 6.30pm and will conclude at approximately 9.30pm
Venue: ECU Joondalup Campus, Building 1 grassed area
The concert, held in our 25th anniversary year, will be a wonderful night of outdoor entertainment featuring many ECU and WAAPA alumni.
WAAPA alumna Billie Court will open the evening, followed by Murphy's Lore, featuring brothers Chris and Courtney Murphy. Our Generation will then take us back to 1991 to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The headline act, The Milford Street Shakers, will end the night with a bang, performing hits from the Motown era.
We're also excited to welcome WAAPA alumnus and Channel 9 newsreader, Tim McMillan, who will join us as the Master of Ceremonies.
As part of our 25th anniversary celebrations, there will be a range of fun activities for the family to enjoy before the concert from 4.30pm. Check out our program and help us celebrate this great milestone.
