It includes details of demand , pressures on current systems, future needs, appetite for change, possible impediments and approached and the economic value of the 3dQLD vision.

Part 2 - presented by Robert McCabe, Senior Associate/Cadastral Manager, and Michael Singerl, Senior Surveyor, Bennett + Bennett

- Creation of Complex Volumetric Property Boundaries to underpin the Tenure Strategy of the Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Integrated Resort Development

The Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Integrated Resort Development is a world class tourism, leisure and entertainment precinct located in the heart of the city of Brisbane, with a Priority Development Area of approximately 26 hectares over land and water.

Bennett + Bennett had the exciting and challenging task of completing the necessary cadastral surveys and plans to underpin the tenure strategy of this unique and extensive site.
