Eco Board Game Lab (Bincursion)- Ages 6-9 years

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll play the fast, funny and eco-friendly board game Bin Off, then dive into designing your own custom cards inspired by real-world Waste Education. It’s creativity, chaos and environmental learning all rolled into one colourful session.

Hosted by Jake Bamford of Dapper Cranium Studios, the workshop blends game-making, teamwork and sustainability in a way that’s accessible and engaging.

What to expect:

· Play the Bin Off board game and learn smart ways to reduce, reuse and recycle

· Create your own custom cards and game ideas

· Enjoy flexible play styles—simple rules for newcomers, tougher modes for the competitive

· Challenge friends to a rousing Bin Off showdown.

This workshop is facilitated by Jake Bamford, the multi-talented creator behind Dapper Cranium Studios. Jake is a game designer, illustrator, storyteller and educator who has spent years developing engaging, hands-on creative experiences for young people. His approach blends fun with skill-building—encouraging kids to experiment, think critically and express themselves with confidence. With his friendly manner and passion for creativity, Jake creates a space where every child feels empowered to explore, imagine and make something meaningful.
