STORY -TELLING COMPETITION
Dear writers, our International Women’s Day event this year is to celebrate your accomplishments. We know you are wonderful, strong and successful CaLD women who have faced more than your share of difficulties. As you know, COVID-19 and the bushfires brought an extra set of hurdles to be overcome. Your experiences are unique and we would love you to share them. This is an invitation to you to write a short story or a poem in either English or your language*, showing how your struggles have contributed to “Women achieving an Equal future”. A prize will be presented to the story/poem selected and read out on the night. We would appreciate if you could have your work translated into English. Please send your entry to eliza@eccwa.org.au by the 15th of March.
