Description

For one evening only, chef Somer Sivrioglu of Anason will take the helm in the neighbouring Banksii kitchen - creating his own take on botanical-influenced, modern Australian food. Meanwhile, chef Hamish Ingham of Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro will be taking charge in the Anason kitchen, putting his own spin on Turkish cuisine.

Both menus will be matched with vermouth & Turkish wine, by Banksii’s sommelier Rebecca Lines.

Be ready for a couple of surprises on the night - including which venue you'll be dining at, and what's on the menu!

Where: Banksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro
Time: 6:30pm start for 7:00pm sit-down
Tickets: $100pp + bf (includes canape and cocktail on arrival, plus a 4-course set menu matched with Turkish wine and vermouth)

As part of the ‘Eats on The Streets’ event series, Anason and Banksii will be donating 10% of all ticket proceeds to Ozharvest, to help feed Australians in need.
