EAT MORE VEGGIES with Amanda Meggison

Brought to you by Planted Life.

A recent study revealed Australian adults are failing to eat enough fruit and vegetables with one in two adults not meeting the recommended daily intake. Is this because we don't have access to quality fruit & vegetables? What are we eating instead? How is our health being affected by our dietary food choices? What can we do to change?

The Eat More Veggies event helps answer all those questions plus more. This event is for those who are plant-curious, health conscious and those who are passionate about what they eat and want to know through diet strategies how and what to eat better. Combining practices of mindfulness along with best practices in food choice, this event will give you greater clarity over your lifestyle diet, whilst making sure its promoting health not hindering it. You will be empowered with the skills and knowledge to go forth and cook up a storm in your kitchen every day!

During this interactive event we will spend time defining the core values and the plant-based food groups for you to thrive, perform and excel on a diet made up of fruit, vegetables, legumes, pulses, grains and plant-based fats. Once you are clear on what you’re eating you will learn practical skills, strategies and tactics in order to achieve a more planted life.
