You’ll leave with a deeper connection to your body AND your soul, a step-by-step plan to bring your desires into reality, powerful daily practices to get you feeling good every day, and a home-study program to guarantee your continued success in the weeks to follow.
Come Join Brooke Surtees, Natalie bourke, Louise Kelly and Natasha Kaz for a day created just for you. Start off by learning about food, supplementation for women and find out all the facts to help lead you in the right direction to a new, healthier you.
Get interactive with Brooke and discover what it is that has been holding you back. Learn new ways to reconnect with yourself and follow simple, yet affective exercises to help keep you accountable.
The day will finish of with a yoga session run by Lou from Surfside yoga. The yoga session will teach you:
How to disconnect from the external, so you are able to connect with the internal.
Simple breathing exercises to create harmony between your body and mind.
Yoga poses to cultivate self-love, confidence and courage.
Mantra to manifest our dreams and desires.
Yoga techniques that you can use at home to leave you feeling relaxed AND energised.
The day will include morning tea and a healthy, delicious lunch provided by Alicia from Goodness on the go. The day concludes at 5pm.
Yoga mats and gift bags will be supplied on the day. Limited bean bags and seating options will be available.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There are buses that run frequently to Pittwater road, Mona Vale. The events location is just a short 400m walk from the corner of Pittwater road and Darley street.
There is very limited onsite parking, however, there is plenty of free street parking and, just a short 200m away, there is Pittwater place undercover parking, which is free on weekends.
What can I bring into the event?
Everything will be supplied. All you need to do is bring yourself and your friends, in your comfiest yoga or training wear and enjoy a day created espceically for you.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, however you can change ticket ownership. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can gift your friends or family with the chance to experience such an amazing day!
