Join vegan dietitian Amanda Benham and lifelong vegan Kamina Wust for a morning of fun, easy plant-based basics that will take the hassle out of meal planning. You'll learn about the six plant-based food groups and other plant-based diet essentials, how much to eat, and how to enjoy simple, fast meals that anybody can make - even without a recipe.

You'll also create your own, personalised 7-day meal plan to take home and use right away!
