Early Morning Yoga Courses at One Heart with Patrick Glennan
This course is an invitation to sustain and deepen your practice and explore an integrated approach to yoga. We will use yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy as tools for self-understanding. The practices are explored as springboards for a deep inquiry into our inner experience, to illuminate the way we live our lives.
About Patrick Glennan
Patrick has been teaching yoga for over nine years. He has studied with renowned teachers both in Australia and abroad, and is influenced by a diversity of different styles of yoga, qi gong and meditation. Patrick encourages an integrated approach to yoga and likes to draw on a range of practices and approaches, remaining, however, always mindful of the fact that the practices we undertake (asana, pranayama, mantra, etc.) are not ends in and of themselves, but rather tools for the development of greater understanding and discernment.

There is paid parking in St Helier's street opposite the main entrance of the Convent. If you prefer unpaid parking, you can park in one of the surrounding side streets and walk through. Allow 10 minutes to walk through and be mindful of parking restrictions.
How do I locate One Heart?
From the main gate of the Convent on St Helier's street veer right, go past the Convent bakery to the building next door, the Convent Building, which has two white pots with plants in front of the Convent building. Go up the stairs to the first floor, go along the corridor past all the WellBeing practitioner rooms. At the end of the corridor, at the base of the stairs, just to your right, is One Heart.
If you prefer visuals, there is clear map on our website:
