Thanks for letting us know you're keen to attend a conservation activity! I will be in touch shortly to confirm details ahead of the day. Please note that for most activities you are required to wear long pants, a long sleeved shirt, enclosed shoes and a hat. You also need to bring your lunch and snacks for the day and a bottle of water. So keen to have you join us for a day of conservation :) Thanks, Lucy

Event description

Description

Join us in the crisp hours of the early morning to monitor bird life at Bartolo Nature Reserve. Led by local birding expert, Mark Fuller, this morning will feature a guided tour and brief lesson on bird identification and habitat.

If you can, spend an hour or so, assisting with conservation work removing weeds onsite. This will make the area much nicer for our native wildlife and entice more birds to the area.

Afterwards you will be treated with a cup or tea, coffee or hot coco, with a complimentary drop off back to the station. Complimentary pick-up from Richmond Station at 7:30 am , or meet us onsite at Bartolo Nature Reserve (9-15 Jockbet Street, Agnes Banks) at 7:50 am, the morning will conclude by 11:30 am.
