No, but the strategies behind producing e-newsletters that get read and get customers clicking have changed.
Content is still king, but design is also queen.
In this workshop, you will learn the pros and cons of email newsletters, as well as how to assess your content and frequency needs. You will also gain tips on curating content, creating templates and putting in place systems that allow you to schedule and send with ease.

Meet our facilitator - Sheena Ireland, Specialists in Communication
Sheena is a communications specialist with a decade of strategic communications experience, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has a passion for leadership, writing, organisational communications, media management, social media marketing, strategy development and government relations.
Throughout her career, she is pleased to have helped small and large organisations manage and grow their public profile, implement change and respond to issues.
As a passionate advocate for local business, she has also helped small businesses in Canberra with their social media marketing, blog writing and targeted client communications activities. This includes local businesses in the women’s health and fitness industry. Sheena is also founder of The Local Look, an e-magazine and blog showcasing the stories of Canberra businesses to help spread a ‘support local’ message and make Canberrans aware of the great products and services available in their town.
