Drumming in the Sanctuary 2020

Time: 7-9pm

Cost: $15 per person per session

Drumming as a therapy can be used to aid in physical, emotional and spiritual healing and helps with attention and focus.

Join Shandell and Marie from KSM for an evening of vibration sound therapy through drumming. Group drumming brings people together in a safe space and becomes a vehicle of empowerment realigning the body's vibration whilst stimulating creativity. In this space you can release and let go and immerse yourself in the ancient rhythm of the drums for the evening.

Please bring a mat or cushion for your comfort and bring along your own drum if you have one, (we do have a few spares).

Event will be held in the Sanctuary. Please bring your own instrument/drum, however there will be a few avaliable on the night.
