Do you have regular contact with people who are affected by problematic alcohol and drug use?

This one day community workshop will give you the knowledge and skills to recognise and respond to alcohol and other drug issues. Find out about emerging drugs and their impacts.

Who should attend?

This workshop is suitable for people working (or volunteering) for primary health practices, and the community services sector, including, mental health, homelessness and housing, youth, Corrections or people who are new to the AOD sector.

About DAFA Facilitators

Lives Lived Well clinicians have developed the first Drug and Alcohol First Aid (DAFA) Workshop content and have delivered many workshops since the project’s inception in NSW.

Facilitators are extensively qualified and experienced Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drugs treatment clinicians employed by Lives Lived Well, who are subject matter experts ready to share their knowledge and expertise with you.
