Artisan Store Entry - Dromana Art Show
The Dromana Art Show is a joint community venture run by volunteers from Dromana Primary School and members of The Rotary Club of Dromana. It is held anually on Melbourne Cup Weekend at Dromana Primary School (School Stadium. McCulloch Street, Dromana) All proceeds go directly back to the community to fund several projects. As part of this venture we invite artisans who create wonderful handmade works to be part of our event! We accept artworks from different mediums and backgrounds and aim to exhibit as many artistically diverse works as possible - without your works this show would not be possible.
One talented exhibitor will have a chance to win a cube space package valued at $150. Package includes a 3 months exhibiting space at The Artful Collective in Dromana

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Artisans must pay their entry fee via Eventbrite: Cost: $25 exhibitor’s fee must be payed prior to exhibit. This includes an Opening Night ticket for Friday 28th October 2016
After payment has been made, you will recieve a confirmation email from Dromana Art Show with an attached document, your own code (to be used to identify your items) as well as more information about the event which you must present when delivering your items. All items must be priced and tagged with your code
Entries close Friday October 21st, 2016. Late entries may be accepted, however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exhibit all of your items.
Art works must be delivered to the exhibiting space, DPS Stadium, at the allocated times, no exceptions. Any collection of stock after the allocated collection times will incur a storage fee of $20 per day.

Artisan Stock drop-off times: Wednesday 26th October 2016, 5pm to 7pm and Thursday 27th October 2016, 9:30 to 12:30pm
Artisan Stock pick-up times: Early pick-up strictly not permitted
Sunday 30th October 2016, 5:30pm to 7pm and Monday 31st October 2016, 9:30 to 11am
Please be aware that any late pick-up will incur a fee of $20 a day fee
Please be aware that this is a school and children may be present
The organisers of The Dromana Art Show will retain 25% of the sale price of any pieces sold. All monies raised will be distributed at the discretion of the organisers and solely fund community projects.
Please note that Dromana Art Show is not liable for any damage to, or loss of, all or part of your stock or any pieces attached to your work(s), howsoever, wherever and whenever occurring (transit, display, storage or otherwise) It shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Utter most care will be taken with exhibited pieces during storage, hanging, exhibition and return.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
When dropping items off, entry to the event is Via Heales Street. You can park directly on the oval and access is up the stairs.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
The items you choose to bring is up to you as long as the items are handmade or designed by you and made in Australia, you can only bring a maximum of 10 different items with no maximum quantity per item (Example, green bags x 10, yellow bag x 3, blue bag x 6)
