With nearly 50% of people with disability (of working age) not in the labour force, Australian businesses have the opportunity of tapping into a large skilled talent pool.
The benefits of hiring people with disability are clear, bringing a different range of skills, abilities and perspectives; fostering a productive, diverse and inclusive workplace.
This seminar aims to bring employers and graduates with disability together to:
* Get the facts: Learn about the strong business case for a diverse and inclusive workplace, offering low risk and high return
* Get the support: Tap into the wide range of free and expert support services provided by the Australian Government
* Get advice: Gain insights from employers and employees who have embraced and benefited from diversity
