Join us in this occasional series where DLI members share their expertise in a lunchtime briefing, followed by an open Q&A. You are welcome to ask questions.
Dr Lisa Stafford is a passionate social scientist, social community planner and human geographer focused on social spatial justice.
Lisa specialities include: inclusive communities, voice and participation, education-employment transitions and diverse childhoods and disability geographies. In her work, Lisa uses innovative and inclusive participatory research, place-making and community engagements methods.
Lisa is currently a Senior Lecturer and ARC DECRA Fellow in School of Public Health and Social Work and one of the program leads of Centre for Justice at QUT. Lisa has over 20 years of involvement in in the field across government, non-government, and academia and in various practitioner, management and executive level roles.
Lisa is a full member of Planning Institute of Australia (MPIA), Institute of Australian Geographers (IAG) and Disability Leadership Institute (DLI).
