About this Event
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. My classes are designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups.
This pass gives you access to 2 classes per week for 8 weeks:
Tuesday nights - Gentle Dru Yoga and Meditation - in person or by Zoom - 23 March to 11 May inclusive.
Thursday nights - Dynamic Dru Yoga - in person or by Zoom - 25 March to 13 May inclusive.
Classes are 6:30pm to around 8pm Tuesday and Thursday nights in person at The Palais Theatre (Supper Room) in Franklin or via Zoom. In-person places are very limited due to COVID-19 considerations.
For the health and safety of all participants, in registering for in-person classes you agree that you will not come to class if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms:
fever
cough, runny nose/sniffle, sore throat, fatigue
shortness of breath
