7pm Thursday 21 October: Suzanne Katz

About Suzanne Katz

Suzanne decided to build a Georgian Dolls House after becoming a tour guide at The Johnston Collection Museum House, in East Melbourne.

As her own house was in modern style, building and decorating a Dolls house with furniture, wallpaper and objet d’art in the antique style she had grown to love at the Museum, seemed like the perfect way to incorporate it into her home.

The basic kit came from the UK and the furnishings were collected from speciality retailers, eBay and local markets. It took 6 months to build from scratch and has now become a family heirloom!
