“Finally I get it! Today’s activities and the examples we looked at will be incredibly useful going back to work”
“It’s been almost a year since I attended the initial training and our new care planning approach has been extremely helpful in focussing my with clients and getting to know what matters to them. Writing the plans though was still challenging sometimes. Today has been an important next step and I’ve got more skills to help me make the care plan itself just as useful as the conversation”
“It’s so hard for us to get out of the habit of writing clinical care plans, but the step by step guidelines you provided today have really clicked for me”
