‘Djeran’ Native Food Pop-up Dinner

A long table dinner serving a combination of shared and individual dishes all showcasing ingredients available during the Noongyar season of Djeran, the first Dew and the beginning of Autumn. Reflecting cools nights and morning dews, the five-course Djeran menu will feature Marri blossom, native berries, emu and yabbies.
We are excited to be exhibiting some fantastic aerial photography of the West Australian landscape and coast, by Jampal Williamson and Michael Goetze of Salty Wings. Tickets are limited to 40 places and include Djeran inspired canapes and matched beverage on arrival. There is the option of securing a ticket with or without Garbin Estate wine or Ironbark Brewery craft beer pairings. For non-drinkers, native inspired non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Menu and pairings will be emailed to attendees one week prior. An exclusive and intimate event not to be missed.
