Learn to make your own Chinese & Japanese dumplings at home!
Join our dumpling expert, Chef Mayumi Nagata as she teaches you the art of making your own beautiful dumplings.
You will learn to make your own dumpling dough which we will then fill with 3 different fillings:
Pork , Prawn & cabbage Scallop & Prawn and Vegetarian
We will then create some gorgeous Japanese Dipping Sauces, such as Ponzu Sauce and Lime & Coriander sauce to pair with our dumplings.
